How to use PG-1 in my webstore?

In order to facilitate the trial and error at the integration process, we have created the SANDBOX version of current PG-1 release at: http://sandbox.payglobalone.com/. Click here to view more information about PG-1's Sandbox website.

After register and activate your merchant account, the first thing you need to do is to register your web store to the account. You can do it by login to your merchant account, and access the "Manage Store" menu, where you can add, edit, or remove web stores. Please follow these steps to register your web store:

  • Click "Add New Store" button
  • Fill the Store Main Page URL with your Root domain URL (Example: http://www.mywebsite.com/), and click the Verify button.
  • PG-1 will make verify the ownership of the website. There are 2 ways of verifying that you are indeed the owner of the website. You can choose the simple one by uploading an HTML file to your root website. You can do this by following these steps:
    • Click Upload an HTML file to your server
    • Click Download this HTML verification file to your computer, and then upload it to your root path of your website (via FTP, cpanel, etc.)
    • Click the Verify button to verify your website
  • After successfully verifying your website, fill the store registration form with the information needed. Below are the description about the fields:
    • Store Name
      Type your web store name
    • Store Email (Optional)
      Type the email for receiving payment notifications related with the website.
    • Successful URL
      Type a full URL in your web store which your customer will be redirected into after completing the payment process. (example: http://www.mywebsite.com/success.php)
    • Cancel URL
      Type a full URL in your web store which your customer will be redirected into if they click the "Cancel Payment" link at the payment page. (example: http://www.mywebsite.com/cancel.php)
    • Payment Notification URL
      Type a full URL in your web store which will receive notifications from PG-1 server related to the payment status changed (Confirmed, Unconfirmed, Approved, Disapproved). (example: http://www.mywebsite.com/pg1-handler.php)
  • Check the "Auto approve all payments" if you are sure that you won't need any approval for each payment you've received. Approved payments cannot be rejected/refunded.
  • Check the "Send Success URL to Successful Payment Email" if you want to embed the Successful URL above in the successful payment email to the customer
  • Choose your store banner / logo by clicking the "Browse" button, and choose the logo file in your computer
  • Click the "Save" button to save your web store

After saving the store, you will be redirected to the store list page. At that page you can see that the store you've registered will be assigned with a Store ID. You will need the ID for the integration process. We have created a simple tool for you, to easily integrate your web store with PG-1's online payment system.
